Drafting Services
If you are a builder, interior designer or engineer, I am experienced and fully qualified in both architectural and engineering drafting and am available for contract work relating to either of these fields. My expertise is in the residential market and extends from minor renovations to new builds.
The drafting I offer covers but is not limited to:
- All Architectural Plans required for both Development Application / Construction Certificate or Complying Developments.
- BASIX Certificate generation
- Basic Stormwater design / drafting
- Structural drafting including reinforced concrete footings and slabs
- Structural steelwork and detailing of highly complex architect-designed developments
