This includes the local council areas of The Hills, Parramatta, Blacktown, Hornsby, Inner West, Northern Beaches etc as well as Central Coast. My expertise is in the residential market and extends from minor renovations to new builds.

Architectural Design and Drafting Service
The design of either your new home or renovation is a very individual experience and one in which can at times be daunting. I can help you design your ideal home with as much or as little input as you desire. Understanding your requirements and developing your vision is of the highest importance and something that I strive to achieve for each of my clients every time.
Another large part of my services is organising all the paperwork that can be required for an application, whether a Development Application / Construction Certificate through Council or a Complying Development through a Private Certifier. This can include BASIX Certificate generation, Section 10.7 generation, Sydney Water Tap In etc. I have experience with sites that are Bush Fire prone, Flood Prone, in Heritage Conservation Areas or affected by Biodiversity issues.
If third parties are required, such as a surveyor, engineer, private certifier, builder etc, I am happy to arrange for these services also on your behalf.
